Thanks to it’s growth in business formation and income per entrepreneur, Texas is the 8th best state in the U.S. for entrepreneurship according to a report from the University of Nebraska. The states are ranked according to other factors such as: # of patents per thousand residents, growth in establishments, and growth in establishments per capita.
