According to the Upstart Business Journal, startups need a strong desire to fix problems, they must be able to question and learn from fellow entrepreneurs, they must have a passion to move forward, they need to hire the right talent, and they also need to inspire that talent. Finally, startups can focus on getting acquired, but they can’t lose sight of solving problems.
