Austin-based holograph developer Zebra Imaging Inc has raised $1 million out of a planned $2 million financing. The company raised the capital from six investors. As of 2009, the company employed over 50 workers.
Zebra Imaging makes technology that can produce 3-D images that don’t require special glasses to view them. The technology was initially planned for the automobile industry, and the company was partially funded by Ford Motor Co at its onset.
