Southpark One is a class A office building located in Southeast Austin near the corner of N Interstate 35 Frontage Road and East Ben White Blvd (SH 71). Easy access to Hwy 290 and Hwy 71 makes it a great location for head quarters as there is not much traffic congestion with the exception of IH 35. It's also in the Opportunity Zone for those companies that need to be there.
This is a great alternative to downtown office space. Restaurants and hotels withing walking distance including Omni Southpark, Onion Creek Grille, and Hideaway Kitchen & Bar. It's also in close proximity to Southpark Meadows Shopping complex.
