The Austin Industrial space & warehouse space market is hotter than it has been in over 10 years. Thanks to Austin’s strong economy driving demand there is not enough Industrial space in the Austin market to accommodate local business needs. Even with up to 3 million sf in new development there still isn’t much breathing room for tenants as much of that new space is already accounted for before being delivered.
