Not Every Startup Needs To Lease Office Space

When starting a business, the trend usually goes to make it low risk, flexible, and low overhead.  However, one key note to consider when you expand or open a business is whether you really need a space, or you just need a phone number and an address.  Leasing an office space, whether big or small may be too much expense, commitment and sometimes unnecessary.

Today, work from home, telecommute, and remote work is very popular among new entrepreneurs. It is the most convenient and least costly for startups. It does not even involve any commercial lease expenses.  However, no matter how nice and advantageous it is to work from home, there are also some drawbacks in this set up.  This includes lack of socialization, home-related distractions, and lack of professional appearance.
