Thomas Properties Group Acquires 8 Austin Office Buildings for $859 Million

Eight Austin Office Buildings were purchased today for $859 million by Thomas Properties Group and the California State Teachers Retirement System.  Lehman Brothers Holdings had initially acquired the buildings for $1.2 billion more than 5 years ago.  There is a total of 3 million square feet and the list of buildings are as follows: 401
