Recent reports suggested that office investment deals in Austin come with a very high price. As what the data from Real Capital Analytics report shows, the average rate per square foot costs $269, putting the city on the most high-priced markets list.
Transwestern studied the market data for the first six months of 2014 and concluded that the total volume of office investment sales reached $431.7 million for an average price of $243 per square foot. On the other hand, CoStar Group used the same timeline but different parameters. The CoStar reported a $484.8 million volume sale for $138.
